Using the Trunk of Man store means agreeing to a few ordinary rules required to operate an online shop without everything immediately catching fire.
Orders
Product availability, prices, promotions, and quantities may change. We may cancel or limit an order when necessary because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, payment problems, or other legitimate operational issues. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Natural materials, handmade processes, screens, photography, and batch variation can cause reasonable differences in appearance, scent, texture, or packaging.
Personal-care use
Follow product directions and ingredient information. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information on the site is not medical advice and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless specifically and lawfully stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Trunk of Man™, its branding, original photography, catalog presentation, written content, product names where protected, and other original materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Store programs
Promotions, Trunk Credit, subscriptions, limited releases, and other programs may have additional rules shown with the applicable program. We may correct errors or end a program prospectively, subject to applicable law and commitments already made to customers.
