THE NAME IS OURS AGAIN / ESTB 2016

Built.
Sold.
Battled.
Reclaimed.

Trunk of Man has already lived more than one life. This is the one we intend to keep.

The Trunk of Man general store counter
01 / BUILT

It started with the goods.

Trunk of Man began in 2016 with a simple idea: make men’s care worth using, package it without the theater, and build a company around products that earned their place on the shelf.

Customers found us. The shelves got fuller. The operation got bigger. What began small became a real business with a life of its own.

02 / SOLD

Then we let it go.

In 2022, Trunk of Man was sold. Recipes, product names, pieces of the company and years of work went with it. That should have been the end of the story.

It wasn’t.

03 / BATTLED

Some things are worth fighting for.

The part that mattered most was never a bottle, a formula, or a warehouse. It was the name. The thing customers remembered. The thing we built all the rest around.

After legal battles and more persistence than anyone should reasonably need for four words, the name came home.

04 / RECLAIMED

This time, we build differently.

We are reopening with less noise, less waste, fewer products, better ingredients and a clearer idea of what belongs here.

No need to pretend this is a brand born yesterday. It has scars, history, mistakes, good years and hard ones. We would rather carry all of that honestly than manufacture a cleaner story.

THE SHORT VERSION

Good goods.
Made honestly.
For a well-lived life.

We’re purists. We do not need every product to look expensive. We need it to be good. We do not need a dozen launches a month. We need the things on the shelf to deserve the name printed on them.
